We were referred to Great American after we had pipes break and needed to take care of our wet rugs. I'm so impressed with this company. Everyone from the office, the shop and the delivery men were very professional. We got new rug pads which the guys installed and placed our rugs for us. Great experience! The guys arrived to pick up and deliver on time, careful to move things to get to the rug, cleaned up any wrapping to scraps, the office was extremely easy to communicate with and proactive in reaching out to let me know how things were progressing! Highly recommend!
