We had a rug cleaned by these people. They picked it up & took it to their place & put it through their washing process. Then drying process. This took about 2-2 1/2 weeks. They brought it back & it looks just beautiful. I had spilled a Diet Coke on it & there was no trace of it. I would certainly use them again.
