Staff at Great American Rug Company immediately treated fresh pet poo stain, rinsed stained area thoroughly. Rug then placed in the line for the normal cleaning process, which includes dry soil removal and thorough wash, dry and detail process. Pet poo crime stain removed 100% and customers were very happy. Even commented the fringe looked the best it has ever has.
