An excellent staff and company to work with! Brought in w/ a 20 year old 10x14 wool rug. I was about to spend $1000 to have it cleaned and re-backed, when the owner inspected it a little closer. Richard said they could do it; he just wasn’t highly recommending it b/c of the age and deteriorating condition the rug was in. I know so little about the wool rugs and how they are put together, he could have easily taken my $1K, cleaned it w/ the hope of it being useable, …but he didn’t! I sure appreciated his honesty! I spoke w/ Tracy a couple of times on the phone. She was able to answer every question (I had many!!) and give me a quote! Adrian showed us around the work area and explained the process of rug cleaning; the whole place was spotless! One day, I will have another rug to clean and will bring it to Great American Rug Cleaning on Main Street! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!

I have had several area carpets cleaned by Great American and have always received excellent service and they are ready when they say they will be. Would definitely recommend.

We were new to the area and decided to get our carpets cleaned and the old fringe removed and had them bound. Renee was great, service was quicker than I expected, And I am super pleased with the results

First step was to thoroughly clean and treat rug for pet odor. After cleaning and drying, rug repair was started and after approximately 40 hours of work on corner repair it was completed then all fringe detailed finished in brown Kraft paper for delivery. Customer very happy with completed work.
