• Comment: I was very pleased with their services. They came right out and picked up a large rug that was damaged when our roof was leaking. It is a nice wool rug and I was worried about how it would turn out. They were so professional and took great care in cleaning it. It came back rolled and packaged, clean, smelling fresh and dry. They also picked it up and returned it with a great attitude and no hassle at any time. This means a lot to me since I am weary of companies that hassle customers when employees don't seem to care. These folks do seem to care. We're back again to get two more rugs cleaned. Thank you!
