• Comment: I was referred to this company by a friend. From the first phone call to the delivery of my rugs, this company performed above and beyond my expectations in every area. The customer service is superb! I had forgotten what it felt like to be treated so professionally and kind. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they are experts in the rug cleaning business. They do amazing reminder texts, follow up calls and were on time for every appointment. I don’t know the owner, but she/he has done a fabulous job with their employees! It is a true pleasure to do business with them. I look forward to using them again soon!
