- Comment: I highly recommend the Great American Rug Cleaning Co to anyone needing any type of carpet cleaning. I have a 5x7 rug in my family room that I’ve had about 18 years. While I probably could have just bought a new one for the same price, I absolutely love the design and have never found any thing I liked better. After speaking with a very friendly representative on the phone, I dropped my rug off the next day and was assisted by the owner. So pleasant and patient with all my questions. Even showed me around the warehouse and explained the steps and process they take to clean the rugs. He estimated the time to have my rug ready and actually had it ready a week early. Couldn’t be happier with the results and the service. Skip the grocery store rug cleaners and leave it to the professionals. It’s worth every penny.
