I had a rug with extensive pet urine stains and smells. The back of it had started to disintegrate. I thought the rug was a complete loss, but Great American Rug Cleaning Company worked magic! The rug looks like a brand new rug! It is beautiful and scent free! I am beyond thrilled at the service I received from
Renee. She was such a sweetheart and timely in all questions, communication, pick up and drop off. I have another rug that isn’t in as bad shape as the first. I will not hesitate to use this companies services for it! You will be happy with your experience and the end product if you choose to use this Company. Of that, I am certain. -
