• Comment: We are repeat customers of Great American Rug and will continue to be so. They have cleaned a number of carpets that our family has owned for many years and recently we have had hem remove the fringe from any that we have taken to them. They have always been polite, professional and a complete pleasure to work with. If you need to leave the rug with them for a period of time that has been no problem. Lately we have taken advantage of their pickup and delivery service and the only problem is not seeing their friendly office staff.
