- Comment: They are very punctual when picking up & delivering rugs. The pick up ad delivery guys were very professional picking up and putting down the clean rugs. They were very attentive to the furniture when they moved it. We had five rugs cleaned. One of those needed the fringe reattached on one side. The repair was done perfect. The rugs looked like new when we got them back.
