- Comment: They were very professional, prompt and great communicators, calling me before arrival and my rug was ready in 7 days which was nice because I was having an event at my home. These guys know rugs and thoroughly inspect it before taking. They also put on shoe covers before coming inside your home, which is a nice touch.
