- Comment: I sent 7 rugs to The Great American Rug Cleaning Company and they came back carefully packed and beautiful. I couldn't believe how vibrant the colors are - obviously overdue. Gabby and Renee were very helpful and professional I appreciated the customer care and all the time they took to explain everything to me and orgaize pickup and delivery. The guys that picked up and delivered were very kind, helped move furniture and took time to make sure the rugs were placed as I wanted them. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received and will be certain to use The Great American Rug Cleaning Company in the future.
