- Comment: Drop off was very professional - 2 of their workers removed the rug from my p/u and when I left the office I was sure that we agreed on exactly what was to be done. Cleaning was performed in the timeframe agreed to. Received call when rug was ready and pickup went very quickly w/o issues. Rug looks great.
