Comment: Very helpful! We had a pretty ugly "pet accident" on our rug. They gave me an estimate as to when our rug would be cleaned and a hole fixed and they completed the work when they said. The rug looked great, no evidence at all of "accident." They also allowed me to go in the back and view the rug while it was being blocked. I very much appreciate their willingness to show me what they were doing. Everyone I met was very helpful and personable, and I was never made to feel I was intruding. My wife was very pleased. Any future issues I have with any rugs, I will not hesitate to call them. I'd give them 6 stars if that was possible!!
