- Comment: Contacted this business to clean and possibly repair an 8x10 area rug. Richard was scheduling my rug for same day pickup. I explained some issues we were having with it, and he determined that the carpet was degrading. He recommended that replacing it would be more cost effective, and gave us an idea of the cost if we decided to repair it. Top notch customer service!
