- Comment: Our house flooded during Houston's Hurricane Harvey in 2017. We were able to roll up our rug and put it in the attic before the water entered, but it stayed there for 11 months while our house was being redone. It soaked up a lot of sheetrock dust, etc. Also, we had the rug for a year and never cleaned it, so it was time. Great American did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again! Thanks!"
